    Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Yassin Rasheed, Iam current working with Wildlife & Environmental Society of Malawi(WESM) Dwangwa Branch. our organization run a water, sanitation and hygiene promotion program in Malawi in this program we target vulnerable elderly and girl child mainly those who goes to school. we have worked with them in a number of initiatives including promotion of menstrual hygiene activities in schools, water point drilling, construction of latrines both at community and schools level, WASH awareness meetings and many more. We have 140,000 people and 10,000 girls who are in tire need of support to these sanitary services.
Our organization with funding from Water Aid implemented a 13 years project and has phased out in March 2016 hence we would like to request your organization to provide us with grant so that we are able to implement the project activities in the remaining Traditional Authorities. Malawi is one of the poorest country in the world with 53%% living below poverty line, many girls drop out school when they reach puberty stage because they don’t want people to know that they are in menstrual period. many people drink un safe water hence suffering from many preventable illness. We are ready to submit a full detailed project proposal if we are given a chance to do so. We can be very happy if you can put our request into you consideration as the situation here in Malawi is very bad.

WESM is a non governmental organization formed in 1947 and has got 9 branches through out the country. It is legally registered with Malawi government NGO board, Council for non governmental organization in Malawi(CONGOMA) and a menber to international conservation union. we have implemented a number of big projects with funding from partners such as Ruford foundation UK, Water Aid UK, MEET, Danida, WWF and others. we have accounting systems in place and a board of trustee who are provide policy guidance in managing activities of our organization.

We have checked with your website and realized that there is a call for proposal closing on 28th September and targeting UK organization so we would like to request if you can consider us submitting ours through email which you can provide us.
